**Job Description:**
As an Event Coordinator at Marketsheer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and success of various events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality events that align with our clients' vision and objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and preferences.
2. Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines to meet client expectations.
3. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary resources within budget constraints.
4. Coordinate logistical arrangements, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
5. Create detailed event plans, including schedules, floor plans, and production timelines.
6. Manage event budgets, expenses, and invoicing processes to ensure financial accountability.
7. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
8. Provide on-site coordination and support during events, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
9. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to maintain open lines of communication throughout the event planning process.
10. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future events.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
