We’re looking for a skilled **freelance graphic designer** to recreate an 8-page scanned booklet into a fully editable Adobe Illustrator **or** Adobe InDesign file.
The booklet contains mostly **form layouts** (fillable fields, checkboxes, lines, etc.) along with **some written content** and a simple **cover page**. You’ll be provided with a high-resolution scan of the original document and a **vector logo** to be used on the cover.
### **Project Requirements**:
* Recreate the layout **as closely as possible** to the original
* Maintain alignment, spacing, and typography
* Deliver either an **Adobe Illustrator (.ai)** or **InDesign (.indd)** file with all pages fully editable
* Include all text, form elements, and cover design as shown in the scan
* Fonts should be substituted with clean, readable alternatives if the original is unknown
### **You Should Have**:
* Strong experience with **Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign**
* Excellent attention to detail for layout and formatting
* Ability to follow formatting closely from a scanned reference
* Fast, clear communication and timely delivery
### **Deliverables**:
* 1 editable **.AI or .INDD file** replicating all 8 pages
* Packaged fonts or clearly identified font choices
* Embedded or linked vector logo (provided)
