We are hiring remote workers for a beginner-friendly role as a Remote Digital Publishing Assistant . This fully online position requires no previous publishing experience, no degree, and no technical knowledge. You will be trained to create and publish nonfiction eBooks using Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform — guided entirely by AI-powered tools and easy-to-use templates.

You’ll start by identifying what readers are already searching for on Amazon. Using our proprietary databases, keyword research tools, and competition analysis spreadsheets, you’ll uncover niches that have high demand and low saturation.

You’ll validate your topics using Best Seller Rank (BSR), search volume metrics, and reader review insights.
Once your topic is chosen, you’ll use AI (like ChatGPT) to generate content using structured prompts. The system helps you generate chapter-by-chapter text tailored to your audience.
You’ll be responsible for:
Inputting tested prompts into the AI writing platform
Structuring chapters and subheadings
Editing for clarity, tone, and logical flow
Inserting summaries, CTAs, and personal touches
No creative writing is required. You’ll work as a content curator, not an author.
You’ll then format your AI-assisted content using Kindle-ready templates. These ensure your manuscript looks clean and professional across all Kindle devices.
Formatting tasks include:
Applying heading styles and spacing
Adding a clickable Table of Contents
Inserting disclaimers, legal text, author bio, and copyright info
Formatting for optimal mobile reading experience
Templates are available for Google Docs and Microsoft Word with detailed instructions and checklists.
After formatting, you’ll upload your book to the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing platform, configure your metadata, and launch your title.
This includes:
Writing keyword-optimized book titles and subtitles
Crafting persuasive, benefit-driven descriptions
Selecting backend keywords and Amazon categories
Uploading your manuscript and cover
Configuring royalty preferences and pricing
